Seren Trewavas MA, MCIPD, MSc, C.Psychol
Seren is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with 17 years experience of personal and organisational development in the media. As Head of Management Development at ITV she designed & delivered major management & leadership programmes & culture change initiatives. She is known for her approachable & accessible facilitation style with a creative, insightful approach to projects.
Simon Henderson
Simon is a television producer with 20 years experience. He successfully ran his own production company for ten years in New Zealand. His talent & creativity has been recognised by being selected for ITV's Fast Track scheme. He has worked in development at companies including ITV, Carbon Media & Giant Peach.

Richard Melman
Richard is an accomplished documentary filmmaker and a long-standing veteran of the British broadcasting industry. In very senior roles including Channels Director for A&E Television Networks UK he has viewed over 10,000 pitches & commissioned hundreds of hours of TV for many channels including History, Bio, Artsworld - now Sky Arts, Crime and Investigation and co-produced with the BBC, C4, 5, RTE, STV and ITV. He's been instrumental in launching fourteen cable and satellite television channels across the globe and is a member of BAFTA and the RTS where he regularly sits on judging panels.
