Do you want to learn how scripts have transformed into TV that captivates young, imaginative minds?

BAFTA winning CBeebies  is one of the most loved channels by young children and produces a raft of exciting programmes including Mr Bloom's Nursery, ZingZillas and Rastamouse to name a few. To celebrate the launch of the brand new writing competition ‘Get a Squiggle On’  and the CBeebies department move to MediaCity in Salford, BBC writersroom north would like to invite you to a special Q&A with an inspiring panel of CBeebies experts.

Chaired by Kate Rowland, BBC Creative Director of New Writing and Head of BBC writersroom, the panel will consist of:

Alison Stewart - Head of Cbeebies Production, Animation & Acquisitions
Ben Faulks - Presenter and writer of the new CBeebies series Mr Bloom’s Nursery.
Adam Redfern – CBeebies producer and writer whose credits include Kerwhizz, ZingZillas, Nuzzle & Scratch, Gigglebiz

This is a perfect opportunity to pose your questions and learn what it takes to engage and excite a pre-school audience. You will also be able to find out more about the fantastic new writing competition ‘Get a Squiggle On’.
